My local friend at Ford dealership said they can't touch that price. Probably purchase in a week or two.

Likely do 10yr/48k miles.

When I bought my car I was able to transfer from the previous owner his warranty.

Funny enough he bought from Flood Ford that is the same Flood Ford that has a local presence in my state. The warranty transfers were shipped from Narragansett, RI

Yes, they are well known for selling the ESP's at $50 over cost.

I chose to purchase my Ford Premium Care ESP through the local dealer where I bought my Shelby off the showroom floor. 10 year/60K for $ 4600 bucks, I know that I could have saved a couple bucks else ware, but figured that perhaps they will be in my corner if something needs to be processed or filed in a certain way, they might take care of that if you know what I'm saying.
Profit is not a dirty word and I just feel a little better buying it from my local dealer, just my thought....

Thats not a bad price

Flood Ford was a 8 year/75k for $4,500 the guy bought it for.

Has anybody successfully added time to their warranty?

Mine is good until 2027 or 75k, but just wondering if I would be able to add more time to it.

I renewed my 2020 GT350R earlier this year to a total of 8 years for $3035 through my local Ford dealer.

FWIW,

Crazy how this actually works.

So I bought a 10 year, but it actually goes back to the first in service date. Basically when the car was sold.

So my 2019 was sold in August of 2020. So my ESP goes until August of 2030. So basically I'm really only getting 7 years...

Kinda misleading. But oh well.
Yeah it is strange seeing as its under factory warranty for a portion of this time as well.

Im sure its in their calculation metrics. Afterall they arent doing this out of the kindness of their hearts. They are making money on these warranties.
