Thank you so much for the information, i did make sure they removed the blocks, i had to show the sales manager what they were. I talked to the Service Manager and he was half clueless about the adjustable plates and was pretty animate about its a bunch of work and I would have to pay. I asked him to look into it more and he semi blew me off.
Are you getting a 2019 GT350R and a 2020 GT500? I like your style sir.

Should I have received some instructions with the camber plates on how to make adjustments? My dealer said that there was not any paperwork that came with them, I was wondering if that was everybody else’s experience as well?

Ill check the boxes when i get home but i remember a bunch of papers.

I didn’t get anything. But operation is pretty easy.

fully outboard is street alignment. Loosen all 3 nuts, slide strut position onboard, then tighten nuts to add negative camber.

Ford Performance sent me installation instructions which show you how they work too. Apparently the pdf is too big to post or send here. If you PM me your email I can forward it to you.

Also I forgot to say you're supposed to jack the car up so the weight is off of the suspension before making adjustments.

Thanks to all who replied. I figured making the adjustments was easy enough, and I’m sure there’s probably something on YouTube as well. I am interested in keeping all of the original paperwork that I can for this car, so getting a copy of those instructions will be awesome!

All done hijacking this thread. Back to discussing maximum amount of camber adjustment you have gotten!

The slots look a little shorter than Steeda's, if they're cheap enough just elongate the holes a bit for more range.

These only have a lower "pinch plate" instead of the mount plate being sandwiched like Steeda's design. Once loosened I can bump/nudge my plates to make fine adjustments while it's on the ground, so it's quick to set with a camber/caster gauge as long as you have a reasonably level surface. Chances are with Ford's you'll have to jack up the car to get it to move.

See my original post for my experience. I removed them and installed Vorshlag plates instead.
