:lol:bunch of sissies, pin it to win it.
I would say thats a priority :lol::lol:
Of course, the requirement is that he doesn't wreck his new car :headbonk:
^This.and get some better and wider tires!
^And this.BUT, if this is your 1st rwd car you better learn who to counter steer and catch oversteer.
Go find a big industrial parking lot with no poles and curbs and go play around. Wet is better as well, cuz it will slide around at slower speeds and wear the tires less.
I did not know that. Makes you wonder why Ford didn't include a MyKey Rev Limiter. If I was more cynical, I would imagine they are not totally averse to a beginner driver breaking traction and swapping ends. Then they can sell him another oneAlso, once the rear breaks loose, if you suddenly lift on the throttle, you can swap ends quickly (no I haven't done that yet!).
The owner's manual has a decent writeup of the traction control and ESC systems - it is worth reading. Ford cautions you that these systems do not prevent driver actions from creating a dangerous situation.I did not know that. Makes you wonder why Ford didn't include a MyKey Rev Limiter. We have been wondering that, too.How does an SUV struck by a sports car ended up dying all of its passengers. No seat belts?
That is one shockingly unsafe car for a 2009.http://www.iihs.org/iihs/ratings/vehicle/v/chevrolet/trailblazer-4-door-suv
Side impact rating = Marginal
and that's only for 35-40mph test
if the Mustang was moving at 60 + mph,![]()
It does look like the car got on top of the Chevy. Might've struck the windshield.We have been wondering that, too.
If you look at the photos, the Mustang came out with front and rear damage, but the Trailblazer was unrecognizable.
There is some doubt as to how high the Mustang got in the air. If high enough, then it could have come down on the SUV greenhouse. Notice that the Mustang has a lot of wheel and underbody damage.
