I keep them in the glove compartment, but I once (in pre-cell phone days) had to leave a car in a brake shop for two days because they couldn't find my wheel lock key (which was in the glove box, like I told them)... it just seems like a risk to me, to chance misplacing it and getting stuck on the side of the road.Where do you keep the wheel lock keys? Don't you just leave them in the trunk or something?

Yah it's pretty bad in SE DC and that part of PG County. Even Bowie where I grew up is getting bad.
