I'm not sure what everyone likes about the op jacking plates. I for one do not enjoy drilling holes in my car.
I have these. They bolt right on and weigh just over 1 pound each and NO DRILLING!

Maybe we should start a thread of the parts we use. I think I will. Check soon.

Yes they come in pairs. I have all 4. You buy front or rears because the bolt patterns are different front to rear. They are made of machine billet aluminum, come with stainless Allen cap screws and bolt right on.

Hmmm, looks I may have to fire up the old Bridgeport mill, lol. Are they stepped to clear the pinch weld area or do they actually rest against it? Wouldn't a couple of blocks that were slightly lower than the pinch weld section work?

I'm a tool and die maker by trade and I was going to make them also. Actually I started to make the from Delrin and never finished them because I'm so busy all the time. They clear the pinch weld and to not make contact with it. I'd say there is about .060 between the step and the pinch weld. The only place of contact is where it mounts to the rocker panel where they bolt to.
