By coincidence (I hope, kind of spooky!) this article was in my Google news feed right after I took this photo.

The place I bought my GT 350 from, Lawrence motorsports in Scottsdale AZ has one on the showroom floor for sale. Gorgeous car.

They may be a new neighbour as mentioned.
If so I’ll be finding out more in time, I’m sure.

Beautiful machine!

Always nice when you see a Mustang in your hood. I've got an orange EB Vert in my hood that I wave to whenever we see each other. Not sure he knows where I'm at as I park her in the garage LOL

I hope it wasn’t in the alley too long. Had a friend of mine lose his ā€˜69 Firebird that way.

Interesting. Just figured out what RRM350 was getting at: it’s a restomod, CR standing for Classic Recreations.
A very nice, very expensive restomod, but a restomod, still, and not an original, with a donor chassis and body most likely from a more run of the mill ā€˜65.

I've never been a stickler when it comes to restomods especially when badged appropriately like these ones. I'd buy one in a heartbeat if I had the income to support the purchase. All the body lines I love with more of the safety, power, and reliability of the present day.

I agree but it would be even cooler if it were one of the few originals in such fantastic condition as I first believed.

Recreation, restomod, fake, swapped, wannabe, etc - in the end, any 65/66 Mustang Fastback with a V8 and any upgrades is always sweet…. Even those still out and about in a ā€œwork in progressā€ phase, it’s just that Classic Mustang body design…

I also wouldn’t leave it in any alley for too long a period, unless it has imbedded GPS/LoJack tracking and appropriate insurance coverage…
