Wheels looked great on the car. Miss the Bullitt but nostalgia only goes so far; only so much room in the garage.

$50 for the satin dead pedal cover, unopened package, traded in my Bullitt before I installed it

I agree but it would be even cooler if it were one of the few originals in such fantastic condition as I first believed.

Interesting. Just figured out what RRM350 was getting at: it’s a restomod, CR standing for Classic Recreations. A very nice, very expensive restomod, but a restomod, still, and not an original, with a donor chassis and body most likely from a more run of the mill ‘65.

They may be a new neighbour as mentioned. If so I’ll be finding out more in time, I’m sure.

Um, this is kind of like witnessing someone’s nervous breakdown… makes no sense at all, on any level, and I just felt uncomfortable watching the video.

I rented a Jag F-Type with the 3.0 V6 while travelling last year. Didn't sound as good as my Mustang but not bad, not bad at all.

I’ve owned a GM with MagnaRide and I’ve got it on my Bullitt. It’s just as good in the Mustang as it was on my Cadillac. Hanavarian has no idea what he’s talking about.

So sorry to hear about the original poster’s experience. Much like what could have happened to me with Ford two years ago, much different from my more recent experience with GM. Back in early 2020 when I was waiting for my Bullitt to get built I toyed with changing my order to get a GT500...
