Been going back and forth with the idea of adding more "safety" features to my car. It was a tough choice as its not the cheapest thing to do, and believe me I would have rather put that money towards other things. However, you can't put a price of safety and so I figured I would get this done and out of the way since I frequent the track so much. Grabbed a few photos with my camera late this evening. Enjoy!

Sparco 383 Steering wheel
Sparco Evo 2 Seats ( Good for tall, wider hip guys like me. 6'4" 230 lbs)
Schroth 6pt Clubman harness
Autopower Race Spec 4pt Roll bar
Sparco Side mounts
Sparco Hub adapter
Works Bell Quick Release

Looks great... I am heading in the same direction. What seat rails did you use?

Edit.. side mounts. Did you drill the chassis? Put in a floor plate?

Talks safety, adds steering wheel with no airbag

A 6 point harness and a roll cage kinda makes the airbag moot.

Thanks! Here are the parts used to mount the seats, I'm using sliders as well.
Sparco flat seat sliders part # SPA-00493
Sparco 600 series seat base for 2015+ Mustang left and right
Sparco Side mount #SPA-004902

I'll find out from the shop how they mount the seats to the floor.

Do the automatic seats work with this setup?
The seats are manual sliding if you add the sliders. Otherwise they are permanently fixed with no adjustment.

In the event of a crash *knocks on wood* the 6 point harness, helmet, and hans device, your face doesn't fly forward enough to even come close to an airbag deploying =]

tell that to dale earnhardt! his sternum went right through the steering wheel and column....of course that was years ago and before several safety additions but still had a roll cage and a harness. of course now there is hans.

He wasn't wearing a HANS device and was also known to not like his belts tight all the time.... It's was because of his death that they became mandatory. /off topic.

HANS is so crucial for anyone running a harness. Cant stress this enough. We had a local shop owner who died in a crash a few weeks ago from not wearing a HANS. That will protect from frontal impact, Side impact will benefit from having Halo seats which I will probably upgrade to once I find some that fit my wide hips

What did you loose besides cruise control and phone by switching out the wheel?

Ability to switch gauges?
Ability to ???
Is that a 350mm wheel?

Once again, looks awesme dude.
