Unless you paid a good bit for the Ext. warranty, I don't see a good reason to cancel it. I personally paid $575 for my 6yr/36,000 mile warranty. Although I am adding my Whipple, I personally see no value in cancelling the warranty. Now if I paid $1,500 or $2k then it could be worth it. I will keep mine because there is still usable value in the warranty. Yes the engine/powertrain part of it is shot.. but the car has thousands of dollars worth of electronics in it, that will remain covered.

Mine was 1900. The service plan was 1800. I cancelled both.
