MY CAR HAS BEEN FIXED!!!
1. Noticed the passenger side exhaust was loose and there was noticeable play. He fixed this.
2. Performed another crank relearn
3. Did a compression test results came back with a 10% variance… (210, 205, 210, 217, 217, 220, 220, 225)
4. Switched all spark plugs and the coil on the cylinder that gave a minor misfire
5. Checked the crank sensor
6. Borescoped the cylinders for documentation purposes to compare in the future
Those are scuffed pretty good.
Hello; Along with others good you found a shop you have confidence in. Would appear of the six things listed two likely may have made a difference. The crank relearn and the plugs & coil. I hope "switched" means replaced.
An exhaust leak close to the engine can affect the way an engine runs. Especially the exhaust manifold.

This is not worth much effort, but if you happen to know can you match the cylinder with the 205 reading to the image recently posted of the cylinder walls?
That all cylinders are scored is notable. Might be worth it to make sure the air cleaner is a good one and its fittings are tight.

I am still curious about the transmission filled with "metal" as was reported in a past post. Did that check out?

None of those marks are deep enough to hang up your fingernail. I wouildnt worry about that at all -- especially considering all cylinders have over 200 psi -- non issue.

Check your low pressure injectors.

I had a misfire I could not find for almost a year that ended up being a failing ID1050x injector on the passenger bank. Sent all 8 out to be cleaned / reinstalled and the car now runs like a scalded ape again.
