Unable to do emissions inspection due to the inability to get a reading. Error says cant read obd.

Tech says this usually happens when the battery has been disconnected and it could take up to 20 miles to re sync. However, I have not had the battery disconnected in months. I do have a lund tune with an nguage connected. Could this be the issue?

Need your rear o2's turned back on in the tune.

Let me know how this goes as I just moved to North Hampton county PA and am new to emissions testing. Would like to see if that's the fix

From what I know, Lund turns the rear O2s off on the tunes in the event you ever decide to add long tube headers in the future so you won't need a revision tune. I added LT headers and had him disable the P0420 and P0430 CEL's associated with the cats being removed and had him turn my rear O2's back on. All my CAT emissions readiness monitors have set to "ready" minus EVAP, still working on that one, but it has nothing to do with my cat's being removed.
