We have chased all the wiring, grounds, fuses, relays down and everything seems to be fine along with alternator, starter and new battery.
One thing to note is that when we first started diagnosing the car, I read some codes through the vcm scanner with rtd and the codes were P025A - fuel pump module control circuit/open, P0600 serial communication link, P0607 control module performance, U0109 lost communication with fuel pump. As we were taking some relays out, we noticed there was some water in the fuse box and corrison on some relays due to the relocated fusebox getting water in slowly everytime the car got washed by the previous owner I'm guessing. Aslo the obd does not connect to anything except the rtd and tablet that came with the car. Have tried connecting the rtd via bluetooth, nothing, ELM obd, nothing, forscan and hp tuners with a laptop, nothing. When reflashing the car with the rtd the rtd keeps losing communication with the pcm then throws every single warning light (oil, coolant, see manual, traction, advancetrac, hillstart not avail, along with a battery light that does not go away) those lights eventually go away after the rtd is disconnected except the battery light and when I try cranking nothing happens but just says "full accessory power active" "charging system ervice now" "to start press brake" while the chime wont stop chiming when drivers door is open. Have ordered a fuse box hoping this can fix it and after this I think its time to take it to a professional as I am out of anymore ideas.
