Factory Height Aftermarket Springs

I’m loving the Steeda Dualrate springs I’ve got in my M1. The problem I’m having is the .5” drop. I have a finger width in the front wheel well between the tire edge and wheel lip. That .5” would give me the room I need. Does anyone make a performance spring that doesn’t lower the car any? It needs to be compatible with the magnaride. Or should I just throw factory springs back in it?

Thanks, that maybe a perfect solution. I can keep the springs and the performance they give and get back the ride height I want. My current ride height is fantastic on smooth roads and in general. It’s the uneven expansion joints and shitty roads that make it no fun.

Go with AJ Hartman coil over conversion kit. Better selection of off the shelf springs, dang near any rate you want, and you don't need to stick with the ridiculously high spring rate of the Steeda in the rear.

Did you trim your bumpstops? Having had them. i can say that firm ride isnt the height, its the rate..

if you’re not a fan of the ride feel and your bumpstops are correctly sized then you may need to consider softer springs.. GT350 springs can be an upgrade for a GT, for example.

spacers won’t give you more spring length they mainly just raise the body. (Putting aside interactions with bump stops)

daily driving the DR springs isnt for everybody..
