factory dash trim options for S550s?

How many factory/OEM dash trim options did Ford offer for the S550? What are they and what models did they come in?
From searching the internet and reading through the forums, it looks like the base GT's came with trim that looks like silver carbon fiber. Is that correct? My wife has a '17 GT Premium and the dash trim looks like brushed aluminum. It seems like I've seen what I would call an "engine-turned" finish on other S550's. What I'm thinking of looks like this....

I would like to replace our dash trim with that style (engine turned) of OEM trim parts.
