Interesting question. Diode Dynamics are great lights but I wouldn’t use the word economical. Lots of cheap China made stuff out there if you do not want to spend the big bucks. You could also get tinted vinyl for the look without the cost.

As far as bang for the buck, side markers are purely cosmetic so no intrinsic value there. If you spend a lot of your time in reverse the LED backup light might be worth it. If not no value there either.
So damn true. Lighting mods do not = HP/TQ gains !

I used Diode dynamics. Interior all green, back up LED, rear side markers to red LED, my brake lights go sequential once when you tap the brakes, or arm/disarm.
