Expected WHP and Torque?

Hi y'all. I've had my ecoboost for one year now and am ready to start tuning. I plan on going with tuneplus. With a Roush CAI, Roush Axle Back, CVFab Street Intercooler, MSD Coil Packs, and NGK 1 step colder plugs, what numbers would I roughly be looking at? Also, would a blow off valve or Y pipe give any added performance benefit? Or going with a CVFab Race Intercooler? Thanks.

I don’t particaroy like the idea of changing waste gates stuff

all the ecoboost I read who blown had a 10 spring. Dunno.
