Does anyone know what's inside the resonator suitcase? If it's pretty much open inside I will do an axleback and not waste my money on a catback. (I already realize the weight difference)
Looks extremely restrictive to me! Those guys are picking up 30 hp on the dynos from somewhere...I'm going cat-back and never looking backI don't see any restriction in there. It's axlebacks for me!

They are using bigger pipes, so yes I guess it is a little restrictive compared to aftermarket. It's not restrictive enough for me to spend an extra $700ish dollars.Looks extremely restrictive to me! I mean the resonator not just the pipe sizes. That resonator internals that appear to be pretty restrictive, not just an open chamber. You have perforated pipes on both sides but it appears exhaust has to flow out the perforations (very restrictive on their own) and only those small holes (pointed out by item 314) actually chamber the two banks of gasses, then the gasses have to travel back through the perforations in order to get to the outlet. Sure, maybe most of the gasses will go straight through but the ones that don't will have a lot of restriction to get through in their journey outside ;)They are using bigger pipes, so yes I guess it is a little restrictive compared to aftermarket. I am curious what kind of power is being picked up from axle-backs compared to cat-backs...have we seen any dyno for this? I have a hunch that removing the suitcase will yield the largest gains compared to just he mufflers...but not sure 100%
Getting the Ford Racing Sport Catback installed on Friday will post sound afterward

Going to be quite a challenge to replicate a different firing order. If a company makes an exhaust that replicates the gt350 sound, they will make a lot of gt owners happy. And alot of money
look closer... think about exhaust flow... you will see the restrictionI don't see any restriction in there. It's axlebacks for me!
Since Cross-planes and Flat-planes make different sounds (due to firing order) I don't think this will happen... maybe close but not exact. If a company makes an exhaust that replicates the gt350 sound, they will make a lot of gt owners happy. And alot of money
