Exhaust Paint

Can anyone reccomend a high temperature black paint I can spray onto my exhaust and the mufflers (not tips)?

I don't want my car going up in flames like I have read on some horror stories lol

I don't remember the brand, but on my 07 California Special a semi-gloss hi-temp paint from the parts store.

VHT has an awesome black high temp paint. Ive used it on headers and all of my exhaust, it takes a lot of coats but stays pretty damn well and doesn't burn off as quickly as other paints.

It burns off? How often do you have to respray it? Isn't there one that doesn't burn off?

I used VHT Flame Proof Header Paint. Did two coats on my exhaust cans for a clean look with my FRPP Sport Catback with black tips. 2 months and about 900 miles and it's holding strong.
