To Paint or Not To Paint

I am getting an all-Black EB with PP so I will have the 19" Black wheels. I will be tinting the windows as well, my issues is I am not sure if I want to paint the brake calipers or not, I was going to make them red, this would be the only color on the car other then black, what are you thoughts?

There is nothing I hate more than painted calipers on a car. Unless they are powdercoated, to me, it just looks tacky. Just my .02. Your car though so if you think it will look good that's all that really matters.

I agree, if you are going to paint them, get them done right as a basic paint job might be tricky to pull off with the modern look.

I'm waiting to see if MGP comes out with some decent caliper covers for the new 2015 models because I'm lazy when it comes to painting .

I agree with the red I think they are to common. I was thinking of powder coating maybe yellow of black on my DIB. But I don't know maybe they'll look tacky, still deciding.

I was going to paint my calipers Yellow on my DIB premium GT, with the 20" foundry wheels, but I ordered before the car came and now that the car is here, I don't think I want yellow. I can't return the caliper paint either (DOH!!). I might try to sell it on Craigslist or something. Do a good job with the paint and it will look fabulous, 3 coats will do the trick, "IF" done right it will last.
and if you like red, then by all means paint them red.
