My new to me 2019 Mustang GT Premium has what I think is excessive exhaust condensation. I'm wondering if it's related to the above thread error codes.

Idling in the garage, after a few minutes, there is a lot of condensation underneath the car. Small puddles. It's not at the exhaust tips, it's further forward.

Previous owner installed Borla Atak cat-back.

Is this normal? If not should I start tightening up bolts along the exhaust system?

My standard (AE) system has drains in the rear mufflers, and they drip quite a bit until it’s fully warmed up.

It looks like yours is dripping from the joint at the back of the X pipe.

Mine drips at the same joint after I installed the Steeda X-Pipe. It isn't anything that concerns me, as my belief is, if the joint was not as tight as when the factory resonator was in place, it would've dripped just the same.
