Not that anyone cares, I just needed to VENT!

1. Suspension - BOUNCY ride (and no not harsh / stiff)
Damper not controlling the springs rate... need revalved dampers or softer springs if your idea of a good ride is softness and road isolation.

2. HVAC / Interior Temperature system is flaky like the day is long
Not sure what flaky means... ineffectual?

3. Rattle / weird noises from passenger rear seat area, and not a loose panel
Dealer would be happy to help you with that...

4. Transmission, Thud, and other problems many have
non sequitur... Zero issue

5. Vibration at 50 - 70, or 3k rpms
Check your tires balance... road force balance if necessary, and it is.

6. Panel alignment issues
Well... that is ONE legit issue out of the bunch.

HVAC, doesn't like to maintain temp...1st system Im constantly raising or lowering temp in "Auto"...also has a very strange Surging from the fan motor.

I do NOT like soft suspension...I like a stiff suspension that stabilizes after absorbing, do not mind it stiff as a board, just want it to stabilize...it like a frequency the springs are in.

Thanks for the detailed points. All are spot on!

Yeah most of the others are small...the Bobble head drive is driving me CRAZY...My Raptor is a better ride!
Give consideration to different springs. Word is the Steed progressives ride very well. For something completely different, consider stock take-off non-PP springs. There is NO bounce in my ride. Drives tight and controllable but fairly smoothly.

I test drove 2 GT PP MT at different dealers.

1st was a little tighter than expected and bordered annoying.

2nd probably with a different setting, was almost similar to my 2012 3.8 Genesis Sedan. I gave the car thumbs up with that difference and I'm convinced a simple shock change can adjust it to being perfect for me.

Mine's great

Have an April build, GT Prem Pkg, 6 spd vert. Not a single one of those OP issues and the car's great so far.

I've got the rattle/squeak from the rear passenger area as well, and I agree that it's annoying as hell. I've also got a rattle from the glovebox area, and an occasional rattle from where the center console meets the center stack. Of course, the dealer either couldn't replicate or couldn't fix any of them.

I still love the car, but all the squeaks and rattles are unacceptable for a brand new car, especially with only 1500 or so miles on it. I'm going to try to resolve them all myself since dealers are either incompetent or simply don't want to do the work.

I have a non-PP GT and mine is bouncy as well. (yes, I too know the difference between bouncy, stiff, smooth, etc) I have the 20" wheels and since they share part of the PP strut tower brace I'm wondering if the springs are similar.

Still battling with Ford to correct Bouncy issue. I refuse to drive it at this point.

Just to be clear, does 20" wheels add the strut tower brace ?

Interesting. Haven't heard anyone else (including me) who thinks the base car is "bouncy" (which I would diagnose as springs too stiff for the available damping.) In any case, the solution is softer springs, stiffer dampers or some combination that provides the necessary balance.

I once created a Mustang that was bouncy (Eibach Prokit with KYB struts/shocks on a Fox) and it was miserable. Well worth the expense of fixing it.

My PP is stiff no panel issues and no rattles with muffler deletes. You must have bad luck.
