Not that anyone cares, I just needed to VENT!

I am not sure its because I read this forum WAY too much, or I have an S550 built on a burial ground.

1. Suspension - BOUNCY ride (and no not harsh / stiff)
2. HVAC / Interior Temperature system is flaky like the day is long
3. Rattle / weird noises from passenger rear seat area, and not a loose panel
4. Transmission, Thud, and other problems many have
5. Vibration at 50 - 70, or 3k rpms
6. Panel alignment issues

Other than that the cars QA has been perfect! :headbang:

Seriously, for those considering buying this, its a great car, However, I truly believe I just have a 1st run, 1st production car lemon...Mine was one of the 1st out the door last year....

I enjoy #1 the most. At night when I shift, my headlights aim to the heavens at every shift.

My biggest problem is the car is too fun to drive. I have over 4,000 miles in only 2 months.

I have over 2k in three weeks! Great car to own IMO mi get 2-3 compliments every time I take it out....no other I've owned garners the attention that this car does. This is not my first brand new car, it's my 4th and none of the others drew attention like this S550 does....

Sorry to hear that, mate. I've had good luck - I quite like the ride on mine, it's poised - very stiff and I feel every bump and ridge on the road surface, as intended with the PP. I do hear the occasional thuds and clangs from the transmission, but it doesn't bother me - it fairly predictable (e.g. when shifting). No vibrations or panel alignments or other QC issues, mine was built 05/15.

Thanks guys for the moral support...It was just a vent session, and I do agree the car is really awesome, and the suspension is just a thing that money can fix, as is the trans which is really probably more my driving style (hard as hell) and a few tweaks would fix that...I just need to resolve the $2k spend...which takes away from the mods I was going to do on something else. I'm blessed to have these problems, and it is a GREAT car and NO ONE should take my nits as reasons not to buy this...its a killer looking car, and is really refined inside. Again, a bitch session on my part!

Vert turbo!!!!
3. Rattle / weird noises from passenger rear seat area, and not a loose panel
I had this in my vert.. with the top up (top down, guess I could not hear it).

I finally looked backed there and noticed the rear passenger seat belt rubbing against the plastic. I moved the rear seat belt up into the place the belt exits and no odd sounds now.

Not sure why the driver side rear was not doing the same thing though.. both buckles were in the same area.

I have had my 2015 5.0 Mustang for Seven months now, and knock on wood I have not had any Problems with it.... What really helps that bouncy ride on mine Mustang was the Steeda underneath mods, and they are great, and I'm very happy with everything that I have ordered from Steeda and that's on my Mustang....... Thanks you Steeda.........

4 and 6 irritate the shit out of me. Like you, I still love the car though. However, for $42K, it is complete bullshit. Quality was not "Job 1" when it came to panel fitment and tranmission decisions.

If your car actually was one of the first last year than it's to be expected. Most of the Job #1 cars had QC issues. If your build date is earlier than October 20th then it is all explained right there.
