Anyone know where I can get a euro third brake light for a 18-23 GT? I’d prefer to be plug play and no cut/splicing but I can if I need to. I’ve seen it on a few cars.

This isn't a Euro third brake light. Euro Mustangs have the third brake light exactly where US ones have it, above the rear window. They have two reversing lights at this spot, with a fog light in between.
This is definitely an aftermarket lamp, nothing to do with Euro. I'd wager it would even be illegal in many European countries.

Ah, OK. But the Euro reverse light looks nothing like the one in the photo. It's like this:

If you're interested I could ask a friend of mine who has access to the Ford network to give me the part number or the FINIS code, so you can search for it. But I have a feeling this isn't what you're actually after. The middle one is a fog lamp that won't work on a US Mustang (not without some not-quite-trivial modifications, anyway).

The one in your photo is definitely aftermarket.

Yes, definitely the one I was looking at is aftermarket and thats okay, I just wanted that exact design but euro. So a clear lens and when not running, be white light not red or smoked

Just a heads-up, If your common 3-pin connector is limited to only accepting two wire leads (it's definitely a bastard connector) like the one's on my 2022 Mach 1 and my son's 2022 GT, you might have to so some creative wiring tweaks if you want anything more than just reverse lighting function. My son bought a plug-n-play Diode Dynamics third brake light kit for his reverse light but we had to change the connector.
