ETIS and Window Sticker Process

So my car was built 25th/07/16, my ETIS features list has been updated I have window sticker etc etc....I can't really find anything out now? I have checked through Ford service on this Forum who have been great but I guess my car is just in the Zone where it's off the radar? how long generally from built to getting to a ship? just trying to work out which ship I "MAY" make it onto...If there is a way to find out more....

Did Ford US tell you it's at the docks and beyond that they can't tell you?
Likely about 3 weeks after that before you can expect to be on a boat.

Ford US just said "no updates on car" other than its built ? it was built nearly three weeks ago so I was hoping it is in transit as such not still at flat rock?

My build date was 16 June and it took until 26 July for Parsifal to depart. Hopefully it's quicker for you.

Picking my car up at 12.30 today so thought I'd check PrixCar report. All good, no damage to report and they say the spare tyre is there. So the report can't be trusted

Thanks. This is becoming scarily real now. And it was a Friday :doh:. Oh well ... I suppose that's just a cliché now if there are several shifts, etc.

It's like having a child (that happened about 3 months ago, well, to my wife anyway). You don't really know how you're supposed to feel initially (although this is proving to be much more drawn out than any childbirth). I will need some time to process all of this. I have been showing my window sticker to colleagues this afternoon - you know, the ones who keep asking, "where's your Mustang?"

Unfortunately Mustangs are not as noisy as they should be at birth, whereas children are far more noisier than they should be .

Congratulations MC! I have just found out that mine was built on 9th August, so maybe we will share a boat. Would it be too much to hope that is the Talisman (17th Sept)? Cheers!
