It’s impossible for the belt not to fit at this point unless you have an aftermarket pulley on your car that maybe you don’t even know about from a previous owner or you have the belt going around a pulley the wrong way or something. I know you have checked 20 times but it is impossible for 5+ belts you have tryed to all be marked wrong and not fit lol. It has to be your car or the routing as there is nothing else it can be. It sucks but you need to get another guy with an ess kit to take his belt off and put yours on and you put his belt on. If it still doesn’t work then check your pulleys. You never know what another owner did before you. If you bought your car new then it’s routed wrong somehow.

I would of used a string and routed the way the belt goes and use that to figure out the belt size.

The problem is there is thousands of these kits out and everyone runs the exact same belt size for what pulley they have. It works 100% of the time. If this 1 car is having problems he has an aftermarket or wrong pulley or it’s routed the wrong way. It has to be one of those things. Gotta check part numbers on every single pulley and check and make sure it’s right.

Read the entire thread. Very happy to hear your Mustang is working as it should with the G2. Had issues a few years back on my 18". Ended up being the tune file from Lund being the culprit (No hate to them) and Wengard squared me away. Enjoy the open road and let her eat boost regularly. Be safe.
