For those interested, the 18x10 RPF1 do clear the caliper and strut with plenty of room. I am using a 3mm spacer to clear the dust cap which was the only issue. Originally I was going with a 35 series but am going with a 40 to close the gap. I snapped a few pics while I was there so they can be picked apart. Enjoy!

Edit: it seems the pictures are too large to post. I am going to have to post the pics when I have more time. Any help on resizing them? I haven't had trouble posting pictures before

Don't listen. These are great all around wheels. Light, strong, and reasonably priced (especially in smaller diameters). If they would fit over the PP brakes, I would have a set.

If you want a boring look like everyone else, get them in black and at 50 feet they will look like every other wheel on a Mustang.

Oh I won't pay any attention to that. There is a reason why this wheel is used time and time again, and it's for the reasons you mentioned. I couldn't believe how light it was until I unboxed the damn thing!

way to go Kay. good choice going with 40 series, will keep your rolling diameter at least a bit close to what you started with... so I take it you went with 275/40/18?
You know they do the rpf1 in black too? would go with you badges nicely...

Yes I ordered 275/40/18. The black would have been perfect with the badges but I am a tad too late on that color option :doh:

awesome man. Quick question you say it clears without spacers but the spacers are required for the center cap. Could a different center cap work? Are your pictures with the spacers installed?

Good thing you brought this up. The dust cap part that sits against the hub needs to be cleared. The pictures shown are 3mm spacers on. If I remember correctly the dust cap still protrudes where the center caps would go. I forgot to mention this because I won't be using the center caps anyway being a dedicated track set and tracks recommend not having them on.
