I was just doing the regular check up on my car and found this. Does anyone know where is exactly the leak ? And how to fix it

OK silly question - but is your dipstick pushed in all the way?
Looks like oil coming up through the dipstick tube

Sorry I know dumb question but its the first thing I thought when looking at where oil is in relation to the dip stick tube

could be a result of excessive crank case pressure- perhaps something is blocking venting so oil coming up from tube

***I have no idea if any of this applies to modern Mustang- just thinking about old school stuff I used to work on lol

Yes, make sure the dipstick is definitely seated. Kind of a weird oil leak if the oil is on too if the valance cover, instead of seeking out and down the side of the heads.

Seeing you have a 2016, the following TSB was issued for all 2015-2017 5.0's because Ford realized the valve covers should have additional fasteners to prevent seepage. Not sure if it applies in your case since your image is showing oil on top of the valve cover, which is odd. But in any case, check this link:
