Maybe, or a spark plug, or a coil pack, or a failing fuel pump, or a chewed wire somewhere, or a coolant leak, or any number of other things...Injector…???
You should stop playing a guessing game and start some diagnostic work.
Check the fuel pressure at the rail, throughly inspect the wiring harness, pull and inspect plugs, swap a coil pack, bore scope the affected cylinder.
Or better still take it to a dealer or trusted mechanic.
