Settled the claim against Ford today. Ended up with an 8y/100k warranty, 3y/45k maintenance plan, payment reimbursement for the period it was in the shop (45 days), and a cash settlement. Time to install the rest of the parts I've been collecting while it has been in the shop. Gotta give Ford some credit, they did step up. Huge thanks to the BBB Auto Line, they were a huge help and made things painless. Pretty amazing free service.
Congrats, Ford took good care of me too. With all you got, it's probably a better deal than trading for another. And it's the car you wanted.

Congrats! It’s a good feeling to have it taken care of fairly.

l will disagree on the last point- I rec’d the same settlement without using a third party. I was insistent though and the first offer was pretty low ball, but they came through in the end. In fact my argument was that I knew others that posted here got a better deal than Ford’s first offer, LOL.
