Anyone else can hear EMI noise while the radio is on and volume all the way turned down with the car not running?

Yep. But its not EMI its actually ANC, active noise cancellation or ESE for the GT350's which translates to ... I forget. It's essentially Ford's shitty attempt at masking outside noises by introducing white noise to the cabin. Its fine if you have the stock stereo, but once you add speakers+amp to the stock headunit, it amplifies the sound and sounds like utter crap. Apparently there's a wire in some fuse you can take out to fix it, but I've tried everything and nothing gets rid of it.

Correction - there is something you can do if you have an aftermarket system - you can turn down the gain on the amp and that diminishes the noise but not completely.

Yes when I turn down the gain on the amp it goes away. Is nothing loud at all but I am very picky lol. I am going to try a line noise filter and see if it helps.

It doesn't work. Tried that. I also tried a DSP, that doesn't work. Dont waste your money on either :)

It's not ANC, the GT350's don't have that feature.
Which is why I said "ESE for the GT350's.." which is Engine Sound Enhancement BUT it's a misnomer because it doesn't actually equal to engine sound. It's more of a constant static noise which is more in line with what active noise cancellation is (I KNOW, THE GT350's DONT HAVE ANC), but that's what it sounds like.
