It was a nice day today so I washed the GT. I do my best to not directly put water in the hood vents.
Anyway, after a wash and dry, I let it sit and when I walked up to it the lights flashed once, then twice, then the trunk opened. Odd, I thought, and closed the trunk. Then when I got behind the wheel and closed the door, the horn honked twice, the same "key is not in range" honks.
I shrugged it off, and when I turned on the car it wouldn't sync my phone like it always does very rapidly unless I manually paired it.
I notice when I wash the car that water runs alongside the painted edges of the engine bay and pools, but it was weird to have the car act up like that.
Did something vital perhaps get wet? It seems to be OK now.
