I believe my Body Control Module has went bad. Where is a fairly cheap place I can order one from so I can confirm the fix? Has anyone ordered used electrical parts from Mustangs limited.com?

If it is indeed bad, it will need to be programmed once replaced. It controls a lot of functions of the vehicle, including the passive anti-theft, so the car will not start once it is replaced.

Just curious what makes you believe that you have a bad BCM?

I believe it is bad because my headlights flicker when the car is off and the headlight switch is off. It will stop when I disconnect one of the BCM plugs or remove the fuses for the BCM. I have read about water leak issues on the passenger side and I confirmed yesterday my car leaks on that side. When the lights act up, alot of other fails occur. When lights don't act up, the car runs without problems.

Did you fix the leak already? If not, I'd start there, before another BCM is ruined :). Good luck.

Not yet, this is another piece of the puzzle I am working. Any suggestions on where to order a BCM?

There are companies that repair/ reprogram them. Here's an example from a quick Google search. Just an example, not an endorsement.

And there's always the dealer. Probably pricey but maybe more likely to get the right one for your car.

So it was my BCM. Water leak was from my roof seam right behind the windshield. This allowed water to leak inside, run down my A-piller covers and dumps on the inside of the car, right where my BCM is mounted. I fixed the leak with clear body seam sealer and had the BCM replaced. Everything is back to normal.
