Ecoboost Vibration and Weird Tap?

Hi so I have a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost with 62k, I did a cold start a few days ago and was maybe in the 70's, on start up was normal but after a few seconds it started making a tap sound for like 5 seconds then went away and has never happened again, then my next question is, when I turn the car off everytime, it sounds like a car when it's about to stall and starts shaking rapidly
