Ecoboost Ticking Noise

Hello all! I have a 2016 Ecoboost, and it’s making a ticking noise that i can’t quite diagnose. It sounds like it might be my turbo. It’s a light metallic tick that i can hear coming from the passenger side if i have the window down. Now it only happens at Idle in either drive or reverse. Once i accelerate it stops but then returns when i brake to a stop. It had a brand new engine put in, in October and i know the ecoboosts have an injector tick so i know it’s not that. Anyone have any idea of what it might be? I’m not too
familiar with turbo technology like that, also my turbo was not replaced along with my engine it still has the same one from the factory. Thanks!

Is the foam cover still on the high pressure fuel pimp after the engine replacement or did they forget to reinstall it, the high pressure pump does make a ticking noise mainly heard at idle.
