Ecoboost noise

Hello I have 2022 ecoboost 30,000 miles my question is Is it normal for those engines to idle alittle rough???

Nope it should idle like a soft four cylinder purr.

They sometimes do a weird up and down idle, a small rev should fix it

Not at all. Take to dealer for warranty. If no warranty change low pressure fuel sensor takes 5 sec, and purge valve takes 2 min.

Try a tank of 91-94 and run it to high rpm often. Low rpms all the time carbon the valves.

With the A/C on at times it will idle rough but not constantly.

Also disconnect the battery for 10 min for hard reboot
