Car has been overheating up to 245F sometimes under load after 1 or 3 pulls. After that it overheats if I keep pushing, if I let go it start to drop down sometimes fast and others slowly. Happens with the stock map, 5 psi map and 28psi map. But of course the 5psi makes the temp to climb slower than the 28psi, but still climbs. Have noticed the turbo glowing red but it has glow red back in 2018 as well and it didn't give me coolant temp issues

This is what I have done:
-Removed Thermostat completely and went for a drive, still overheats after a pull and a half

-Reinstalled the thermostat, checked water pump belt is tight AF.

-Replaced Water pump

-removed the fan and connected it to a battery and it's strong AF and airflow goes to the engine

-removed the radiator, no leaks. Put a garden hose on the top and opened it full blast with water and the same strength is reflected on the lower hose where the water escaped.

-Reinstalled radiator and fan, checked and tested the turbo coolant lines and they do have a good flow.

-checked both sensors (disconnected the one at the back and confirmed that reading goes to "0" on the Cobb>reconnected it and then now disconnected the cylinder temp sensor and the gauge goes to full Hot) so yeah sensors are responding to changes

-Reinstalled the Aftermarket catless downpipe and it connects to the stock exhaust system.

-Removed the turbo, took out my 120psi compressor and pushed pressure on the oil fittings on the turbo and checked if air was escaping somewhere else. No leaks. Did the same test for the coolant entry and exit ports inside the turbo itself.

-Tested with a compressor the black lines that connect to the Wastegate, and the other 2 that connect to the turbo, air goes through them and exits on other of those lines.(this test was just me testing weird stuff)

-checked the oil tubes/lines that connect to the turbo and they are clean and not clogged
