EB front brake pad cost

I just had to get my ecoboost front pads replaced at 49K.
My mechanic could get GT non Ford pads but not EB yet. The Ford pads were charged to him at $352 a pair which seems outrageous to me.
Costs in the US are US$80 to $140.
What's going on here?

Dealers here are off-the-charts. That’s what’s going on. They exist in what they believe to be a fairly non-clmpetitive environment, hence, they think you’re going to pay full retail.
If you want to stick with factory pads, or any parts for that matter, try Tascaparts or just about any of the US dealers. Shipping sometimes sucks, which is why you use a freight forwarder

I know a few whove imported them.

Just make sure you get Ecoboost Performance Pack pads, which IIRC is the GT non-PP pads.
