I would never ever do it on a DW400/BAP

The GT500 pumps look promising, they seem to holding 90psi to 100psi
Where are you seeing this GT500 pump testing? And when will it be determined worthy(or not)?

Lund is testing the 2020 GT500 now

They’ve made 830rw on E85, ID1050x and the GT500 Fuel hat and pumps

Lethal is working on a plug and play

I’m not dead set on DW 400. I ran into it when I was searching for injectors. I guess I’ll find out soon about this GT500 pump or there are anything better than DW 400 currently.

You can do a Fore Fuel system

The data says a DW400 and Voltage booster will flow enough for E85 (560L/H). It's the small stock feed line and 1050x injectors at only 55-58psi rail pressure that you can't trust above 13-14PSI on E85. The 2020 gt500's are at like 100PSI or something crazy from what I hear (it would be the limit of a DW400/VB). The return systems allow a lot more rail pressure and these injectors can be stretched to higher RPMs. If you are running a 1300 or 1700 size injector, E85 on a DW400/VB is possible, just not as confidence inspiring as a true return style system with dual or triple pumps. I would probably also just upgrade the feed line to the largest you can and not choke the pump. The other thing to consider is, are you going to get 25+Amps to the pump through the OE wiring and grounds? It uses a 30amp fuse.

There is power to be had on 93 if you go to the higher RPMS(7500+) and have a setup that breaths up there like most larger turbos, nearly all PD to a point, and the centri blowers as they just love RPM.

Basically just ask the person who is tuning your car and do as they recommend. Ultimately you are responsible for the choices you make modifying your car.

you can always get away with a dw, bap, etc.. and run it out.

the biggest thing i tell people, car -40-60k... wheels and tires 3k... suspension 2k blower or turbo 5-8k.

fuel, how cheap can i possilby do it......

engine is a pump, runs on air and fuel.... but people consistently are looking for the abolute cheapest way to do it.

put a fore system on it, call it a day and never worry about the main thing your engine needs to run on a blower with e85....

The key to using the DW400 pump with large injectors, and a BAP is only for 18+ cars due to DI. 15-17 cars, no tuners will touch it.
