Dyno time

Will be hitting the dyno in a couple hours. Mods I have done are just a catless downpipe and MAPs tune. I'm doing it for 2 reasons. 1. I am curious haha and 2. For Adam so he can fine tune by looking at both the dyno results and data logs. I will post the results here as well!

EDIT: All done. Not to bad considering it's 100° and very humid.

Why is horsepower and torque not crossing at 5250?

The weather isn't a factor when you correct the numbers. But that dyno is using a weird correction factor I've never seen before

They only cross at 5252 when hp and torque are on the same scale. The hp curve is on a 300 scale and the torque is on 350

No idea....the dyno was recommended from someone here and I figured they'd know what they be doing. But when I saw it I thought it was low as well but it was 100° along with humidity. I figured it was the stock IC getting heat soaked but we allowed 15 min in between pulls. It certainly feels like it has more power than what the graph has shown that's for sure. Compared to 04 gt I had that put 350 to the wheels, this definitely feels more powerful on my butt dyno.

X2. I thought with MAP's tune you should be at least 380tq :shrug:
But as long as you and your butt are happy, congrats!

I'm a noob and effd up lol. I did a 3rd gear pull instead of 4th. So I'll take whatever blame I deserve. Like I said ...my butt dyno says maps tune was way more than what this graph shows.

Edit: I'm currently getting scorned by Adam lol off to the corner I go.

Already discussed with the original poster. The dyno and operator didn't know what they were doing. The graph lines don't match the numbers and he dyno'd in 3rd.

With the 6MT, Should we Dyno in 5th since it's a 1:00 gear? Thought I was seeing 4th here.
