i have noticed that the DW injectors are number and they have included a flow data sheet that describes the flow of each.

The stock injectors dont have such numbering.

question - does it matter where the injectors are installed? :p

also, do you lube both orings?

Not sure on the first question you just pop the old ones out and pop the new ones in. Yes, you lube the O rings with fresh oil or some type of lube so you don't pinch one of the rings installing them. Super easy install.

Thanks, i went forward with plopping them in last night. Hmmm, LUBE in caps, i used the grease provided. But i went really skimpy for fear of getting globs of grease inside. I mean really skimpy, enough to make the rings shiny, but thats it.

I haven't buttoned all the way down yet, only put the 4 main screws in to tighten down. I may take out tonight and add more grease, jusssssst in case lol

Baby Steps lol - doing opg/cg at the same time. Couple of hours here and there, your welcome to come play .. this is a pain in the ass to do in a cramped up garage lol.

If i can get a couple of hours on it tonight (been hard to do) I should be buttoning it back up from the opg/cg stuff and then finishing up bolting on the PC before the weeks out. Car is already apart, been on jack stands for over a week.

I may pop the injectors back out, after doing once, I can get them out and back in about 15 minutes

Taking my car back to Ford for the 3rd time Saturday. I may have some time to swing by afterwards

be careful if you have any dirt around the injector holes on the manifold. I used a shop vac and vacuumed as I wiped them clean. good luck with install. Mine went fine, everthing works great besides throwing crank relearn code after tune install that will not clear.

Have you completed a crank relearn?

I've tried so many times it isnt funny. It won't do it. Ford dealer can't get it to clear either. Tech came back in and said he had no clue, good luck. Lol. I'm going to pull supercharger belt, hook up intake with maf, put stock injectors in and reload stock tune and go from there.
