I have the DSS aluminum DS and I had to reclock it 3 times before I got the vibration to go away. Make sure all bolts are properly torqued and there is no thread locker or anything getting in between the flanges when bolted together. Even the smallest liquid or debris can offset the balance if in between the flange surfaces. My vibration was between 45 - 60mph or so.
Thanks for the info. I was also told this from the manufacture. I did find some old factory locktite on the rear flange. I haven't checked the front yet , I have lost patients to do that. I have a slight rumble still. It's around 50-65ish

Do you have a diff lockout kit from either BMR or Steeda? That was the root cause of my vibration after adding a DSS drive shaft.
I have the steeda and Bmr but neither are installed. I have the Bmr cradle lockout . Car was silky smooth before this install.

I have the cradle as well and that had no impact. It was just the diff kit so it looks like you are back solely looking at the shaft or shaft installation.

I have a vibration between 25-30mph. Diagnosed as Driveshaft bearing issue. Part is on the way.

i had the vibration when i had my stock rear in the car, i reclocked the driveshaft a couple times on the diff side and it went away.
i recently replaced my 3.73 pumpkin with a 3.31 pumpkin and have tried multiple positions and no matter what it still vibrates. im pretty close to just putting the stock one back on. i don't race the car enough to care for a little extra weight.
