Was vacuuming my car today and noticed the driver side carpet was damp and the underside of the floor mat had condensation built up. Not sure what the issue could be on a brand new 2022 that just hit 1k miles. Anyone else have this problem or know of a possible cause?

Sounds like a/c condensation is possible. Take her right in to check.

A friend of mine had the same thing on a new F150, the windshield seal was leaking. Have you been in any rain, car wash, etc..?

would that require me to have used the A/C? because i don’t think i’ve turned it on once since i’ve had the car. I also just noticed what seems to be hard water stains or soap residue up by the corner where the dashboard meets the a pillar. I saw another thread somewhere about a windshield not being properly sealed and the water was running down behind all the plastic siding and onto the floor

yeah I wash my car very often and just did today before I noticed the wet carpet. I’m thinking this is exactly my issue

Especially on the drivers side, I would take it in, at least its documented.

Pull the door panel and make sure the vapor barrier is sealed at the bottom.

There was another thread elsewhere on here where the vapor barrier was not sealed properly at the bottom and water took the path of least resistance... breached the vapor barrier where the sealant was missing and trickled inside to the floor

Also, check to make sure body seals or plugs are not missing as discussed in this thread, because it's another source of water getting into the cabin:
