Okay, so here's what I have:

GT PP

- CJ
- twin 65 throttle body
- ID 1000's
- 170* t-stat
- JLT
- SW 1-7/8" headers
- Full 3" collector back all flow through.
- Rotary forged wheels
- full suspension

The car makes 477/417 as it sits on 93 oct, and we're hoping for mid 11's out of it on DR's. So, I'm undecided on which mods will fill the next round. Both options will eventually be done, just want to do the best option first.

Option 1:

- Comp stage 3 cams
- Titanium springs
- secondary chains
- OPG
- crank gear
- Port match the intake manifold

Option 2:

- twin disk clutch w/ aluminum fly
- Carbon fiber shaft
- half shafts (possibly)

What do y'all think? Both will undoubtedly pay dividends on my ET and overall driving experience. I'm leaning towards the drive line weight reduction, since I think that will give me a better result and the cams are still unproven at this point in time. I'll also be switching over to corn soon too.

I would do the drive train frst. Something will break soon launching it hard and then you will be forced into doing it. Remember new half shafts add weight. About 6lbs per side.

Option 1 for sure for now. Would also add MMR chain glides, boss chain tensioners.

option 2 is the only option because its a manual and dont even think about going to the drag strip with that much power on DR's and stock half shafts. and by the way if you dont run damn near a 10.9 youre doing something wrong. i run 11.787s on just intake tune and radials. and get some E85 and you might just hit 500 wheel with that setup. 23hp from E85 shouldnt be too hard to do.

Option 2 all day. Why add power when you can't use what you have?

This is why I'm considering leaving the half shafts stock. Most of the money spent on this car all went into the suspension, no more wheel hop to help destroy the axles. It also doesn't get on the drag strip too often.

I was under the impression that we had a similar unit to the boss tensioners?
