Does this sound like the regulator scraping? Or the window

I recently had the windows tinted. The scraping sound was already there but it sounds even worse now. The window doesn’t look scratched up but the sound is horrible

I can't say what it is, but since no one else has responded yet I figured I'd chime in.

I've been into a number of doors fixing many different issues - for this, if I were you, I'd just pull the door panel off, peek inside, and look at what's rubbing. Most likely you can just stop the window right where the rubbing is occuring and pry the parts apart a little bit. Sounds to me like possibly to arms rubbing together. Worst case scenario might have to loosen something to reposition it with a little bit of prying, it's not terribly difficult.

I was horrified when I took my new 2015 F150 to the window tint place and saw them peel the top of the door panel back and rip the felt strip out. This was the top rated place in town for tint he said that it was standard to do it that way. Sounds like your glass is making contact a the 2 second mark something is not right
