I replaced all of mine when I did the install.

And there's no way I was going to be able to reuse those spline bolts lol smash

Thanks. Where did you get them from? I need them ASAP and the online stores take time. Dealer seems clueless.

Got mine at the dealer.

Just walk up to the parts counter with the PN and Quantity. You should be fine.

Only ones I replaced are the big ones for the struts to the knuckle.

I re-used all of mine. Twice in the front and probably 5 times in the back.

I also only replaced the 4 big bolts for the structs during the most recent spring swap. However, my new bolts do not have the thread which prevent rotation in the knuckle. Other than that, the size is exact the same as the old ones. Any need for concern?

I reused all mine except the bottom rear shock bolts. Looked up the wrong torque spec and snapped one so I replaced all 4. The spline bolts can be saved if you put the nut on the end of the bolt and hit the nut instead of the bolt.

Ford says the strut to spindle mounting bolts are one-time use and should be replaced. So I bought a set from MM. However, I found that if you put just a little upward pressure on the strut from full droop, the splined bolts come out pretty easy. When I let the thing just hang there, not so easy.

I reused my originals; still have the new set for spares. I believe Ford now has non-splined replacements. I've read that these bolts provide a bit of camber adjustment due to the non-splined design.

I just installed 350R springs and Koni shocks/struts a few hours ago. I reused all my bolts with no problems.

I always use blue loctite.

Unfortunately I just ran out and it seems like all of the chain auto parts stores stopped carrying it. Auto Zone, Advanced Auto and Pep Boys all only had Permatex and I hate that crap.
