I wasted my money getting a non-tune CAI. Doing it all over again I would only have bought a tune required CAI, that is what I have now and it made a difference.

If you dont want to tune the car I would just get a better drop in filter like the K&N.
The only difference between a no-tune and tune required intake is the diameter of the MAF section of the intake. If you run a larger diameter MAF than stock, the ECU will need to be properly calibrated (as the larger diameter will read a lower voltage despite total airflow remaining the same).

There is nothing special abut a tune-required intake that produces more power over a no-tune required, just the MAF housing diameter.

I understand, but my point was a non-tune CAI doesn't really make any gains where as a CAI with a tune made a big difference.

I have a Green Filter drop in and it let a lot of dirt past it. My intake tube and filter were caked in dirt. I don't think the filter is sized right to form a seal. Switched back to stock.

Skip the CAI and add stickers... Depending on how big the sticker is, you could gain anywhere from 10hp all the way up to 50-60hp.

This is a 60hp sticker right here

Was it the intake that made the gains or the actual tune. If you had it tuned then had it tuned with an after market intake what would the difference be? I feel like the majority of the gain is from the tune itself.
