Do I need to do wheel alignment when I replace new front tires?

Not unless the old tires had some abnormal uneven wear.

It's usually a good idea to at least have it checked. It's usually free as there is almost always something worn out that needs replaced. I personally always get a lifetime alignment for all my cars from Firestone. It pays for it's self in 2 alignments and if you ever plan to change anything in your suspension you should get it aligned.
