Building a Gen 2 5.2 Aluminator short block topped with Gen 3 heads for my 2018 GT race car. Do you know if the DI injectors will clear the Ford Performance 5.2 Piston Kit M6110FP350S?

That’s sounds like an awesome project. I dont think the gdi injectors are that close to the pistons for it to be an issue. The gen3 and voodoo pistons both have a spark plug clearance dimple that some mistake for a gdi feature.

One thing to consider is that Gen2 3.5 ecoboost f-150 injectors are 20% bigger than the gen3 coyote. Pretty cheap too. In fact, I plan to swap out mine for some f-150 injectors but it won’t be for a couple more months.
