If you swap out your factory LED housings for these, you can install any H11 bulb model we offer on our site

The XML2 will have more lumen output than the factory fog lights, but the factory fog lights have a great output pattern and cutoff.

The RGB bulbs are intended more for cosmetic appearance vs. usable output

I personally think it's cool being able to go from yellow to white without having to swap bulbs out IMO

The install is simple, remove the belly pan...fog light housings have 3 screws...take them off put new ones in. Install lights....they come with connector to plug in same place as stock. I ran mine to my batter though so I can turn them on anytime not just when fog lights are turned on from inside car....the whole thing takes about same time to change your oil if that...

I keep checking randomly on the site I'll probably order the fogs and have them sit next to my current switchbacks and do everything at once on the install. So far all my other diode products are on point!

Here in Canada they are H11 bulbs. The stock ones are yellowish looking and do not match with any other exterior lights. The Diode Dynamic H11 HP48 provides the similar amount of brightness without blinding the drivers in front of you. Please see pic below. Left fog, stock, right DD. The match the DD switchbacks perfectly.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend going with Diode Dyanmics. First their bulbs are made in USA, and are backed by a 3 year warranty. They also have excellent customer service. But long story short, and H11 LED bulbs will fit.

Agreed, you can buy the fog light housings on eBay and the lights and save some dollars....but no warranty and you have to contact wang kang in China vice Nick in MO..

You'll still want to make sure you are getting an OEM quality housing! Have to be careful with all the eBay knockoffs and cheap lenses out there

How do I select the H11 SMD27 RGB Bulb Kit (with included 24-key RF controller) doesnt give me an option for it
