I've had them on for about a month and a half now, and no issues as far as I can tell.

How sporadic are the issues? I usually approach the car from the front and unlock with the remote to open the windows, so I see them when they flash on unlock, and all looks well when I do that.
I also try to see them in the reflection of the car in front of me at a light if possible and haven't noticed anything unusual.

Of course I can't see them 100% of the time they blink so I dunno if it's happened and I just haven't seen it. Once it starts happening, is it all the time, or only rarely sometimes?

You would definitely know if there were any problems. We believe the vast majority of bulbs should still be working just fine. If you do see any problems, either in the next month, or the next three years, just let us know and we'll help you out.

Thanks,
Paul

Been running the DD switchback for little over 8 months now and haven't experience any issues ("knock on wood"). The set that I got where the base has been shaved to keep the bulb in the socket.
It good that DD is standing by their products.

My "current" set is from mid June, and they have been rock solid.

Lol mine happened to go out after 3miles/second start up/ 30 minutes after install.
I was aggravated and ordered a set off eBay for $26
I have a replacement set coming from DD as well. But I got my eBay set today and they've been working great all day.

Picture to compare my bad DD one - white bottom
And my new eBay set - black bottom

I will say that DD has great customer service and all the other bulbs I purchased from them work great. But until they figure out these switch backs, I'll probably just keep my eBay set in...

Damn I want these switchbacks but defiantly do not want any problems. DD seems like a pretty stand up company but I don't know.

Ordered last friday, installed yesterday, and got the email today. I'm gonna keep an eye on mine and hope they stay working right. I really don't want to have to take them out, I took the driver side out after I installed it cause it wasn't contacting right and when I pulled it out the "pins" were bent like crazy and I had to straighten them out, it was kinda scary. Both sides are working great now though and look way better than stock!! Fingers crossed it stays that way

Why are your DD ones all black? And I've been saying this for months but no one has ever reported a single issue with the ebay lights ever on the forum...I think DD has great customer service and warranty, just a shame the circuit board doesn't seem to agree with them. My rgb+w running lights from them are working great

I got the email before the lights even arrived to me. That is very proactive of a company. I appreciate that they stand behind their products 100%. This is the sign of a company that plans to be in it for the long-term rather than a fly-by-night company that grabs the income and runs with consumers holding the bag. As a purchasing manager for a multi-billion dollar company for 20+ years, I know how to spot illegitimate companies. DD is not one of them.

It seems that QA problems are coming from their manufacturing partners. I've seen it a million times. They give you a prototype that meets all expectations and tests go perfect, but when they start to manufacture, somehow the processes get "changed" and the release is not at all like the prototypes what were approved.

I got a set in May, which failed after a week. Got the newly designed replacements a week ago, those also failed after a couple of days. They are sending replacements, but I am not hopeful. Does somebody have eBay link to bulbs that actually fit the socket...
